Mohamad Youssef Saleh, a retired colonel in the Internal Security Forces, previously served as head of the Equipment Department in the central administration in the years 2019-2020.

He is a member of the International Supreme Court for the Settlement of Disputes and the International Academy of Mediation and Arbitration (London) and a member of the High Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (Lebanon).

He has a law degree from the Lebanese University and is a master’s student in public law, preparing a thesis on the role of public procurement law in Lebanon in reducing corruption.

He participated in many training courses on public procurement.
