This workshop, organized in collaboration with the Middle East Regional Technical Asssistance Center of the IMF, aimed to enhance the skills of budget officials in line ministries and in particular to consolidate their forecasting and planning techniques during the budget preparation phase especially in the context of the Lebanese financial and monetary crisis. It also shed the light on international good practices.
The workshop also aimed to consolidate their fiscal discipline and their working relation with the Ministry of Finance.

تهدف هذه الدورة عن بعد التي ينظّمها المعهد بالتعاون مع مركز المساندة التقنية للشرق الأوسط التابع لصندوق النقد الدولي إلى عرض الأساليب والتقنيات الأساسية التي ترعى عملية تخطيط الموازنة العامة لاسيّما في ظلّ الازمات المالية والنقديّة التي يشهدها لبنان وتلقي الضوء على الممارسات الجيّدة في هذا الاطار.

كما تهدف الى مناقشة التحديات المشتركة التي تواجه الإدارات العامة وتعزيز التواصل مع الدوائر المعنية في وزارة المالية من أجل تحسين أطر إعداد الموازنة العامة في لبنان.
