Since 2017, Agnès Arcier is the Director for non resident tax at the French ministry of Finance.

She is also the president of the Fédération Femmes Administrateurs that ties all networks concerned with empowering women together. 

She was the co-president of the Réseau régional Mixité et Gouvernance.
