Armen Balian is a Conflict Management & Organizational Dynamics Specialist. 

He is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at the Lebanese Conflict Resolution Network (LCRN), a firm specialized in conflict management consultancy in the MENA region, operating with the civil society, corporate, governmental and academic communities in over 16 countries within the Levant, Maghreb and the GCC regions. 

Armen was previously a lecturer at the AUB Olayan School of Business and taught courses on corporate conflict management and negotiation.
