Since November 2012, she is the head of the French Language and Literature Department at the CRDP.

She is also a trainer and teacher tutor. 
She designs training kits for teachers and school manuals as well as informal education programs dedicated to particular profiles of learners (refugees, children dropping out of school, ...).
