Borja Rubio delivered more than 50 trainings to Governments and Public and Private Companies in best Practices in Public and Private Investments (Europe, KSA, Latam, Asia, ...) as well as trainings for CP3P certificate.

He was the CEO of Boruro Consultores. He previously served as CFO for Carbures Europe S.A. and as Head of PPP for Indra Sistemas S.A.

He holds multiple certificates such as APMG C3P3 Foundation and General Management Program. He also holds a degree in Law and in Business Administration from the Pontificia De Comillas University.
