Celine Moyroud is the Resident representative at UNDP in Tunisia.

She was the Country Director of UNDP Lebanon and previously worked as a senior programme advisor in UNDP's regional bureau for Arab States headquartered in New York. She worked as a conflict prevention advisor at UNDP's Bureau for crisis prevention and recovery. She also led Saferworld's efforts to develop a resource pack on conflict sensitivity and worked in Belgium for the Conflict Prevention Network to support the efforts of the EU on conflict prevention.
