Cynthia Haddad Abou Khater is a shareholder and the Strategy Manager of Technica International, a family-owned business.
Among the major projects she led: creating a corporate identity for the company, executive education program for the leadership team, supply chain mapping for business improvement, and the intercompany interaction between Lebanon, Poland and Canada and is currently working on developing a family & corporate governance

She is also the VP of the Lebanese League for women in Business, (LLWB), a member of the family business network-levant (FBN), the Association of Lebanese industrialist (ALI) and the Lebanese private sector network (LPSN).

She holds a BA in Advertising and Marketing from Notre-Dame University and an executive MBA from INSEAD.
