Ms. Emmanuelle Lamoureux is the Director General at the Health Care Strategies Directorate at Health Canada.

She was the Ambassador of Canada in Lebanon. She also had diplomatic postings at the Embassy of Canada to France and at Canada’s Permanent Mission to the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.

She holds a bachelors' degree in Journalism from Université du Québec à Montréal and a masters' degree in International Relations from Carleton University.
