Jinane Doueihy was the training director at the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan from 2004 to 2020.

She is currently a consultant working on training projects.

She has extensive experience in analysis of training need assessments, capacity building annual plans. design of training modules in public finance and state modernization, training of trainers.

She holds master degrees in journalism and political sciences. She contributes to several publications and articles.
