Maya Bsaibes is an economist and a training program manager at the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan.

She cumulates more than 10 years experience in capacity building, knowledge creation, training design and delivery, facilitation techniques, dialogue coordination and advocacy.

She has vast experience in collaborating with agencies across the Government of Lebanon and good knowledge and understanding of key actors, agencies, and relationships across the public sector.  She is also specialized in accompanying various organizations in institutional development in Lebanon, in addition to coordinating technical assistance projects financed the donor community. 

She leads the PFM programs addressed to the youth.

She contributed to several works published by the institute on Public Finance Management and Gender Budgeting.

Maya Bsaibes holds a Master degree in Economic Policies from Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut.
