Muthana Jawad is the Director General of the Financial and Accounting Training Center at the Ministry of Finance of Iraq.

He was Director of the Division of land transfers at the Division of control and audit and Deputy director of the legal department. He was appointed Director of the administrative department in 2012.

He was also Deputy director of the General Authority of Taxes.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Basra in Iraq and from the Faculty of Law of the University of Babel (2000).
