Mrs. Norma Naseer Farah holds the position of Head of the Independent Municipal Fund Department in the General Directorate of Local Administrations and Councils at the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities. 

She contributed to several studies related to municipal budgets, public purchasing, and the Independent Municipal Fund. 

A lecture on municipal affairs at the Financial Institute and the Syndicate of Accounting Experts in Lebanon. 

She was appointed a representative of the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities in the National Commission for Women’s Affairs, and in 2016 she participated in preparing the official report in a committee 

CEDAW.

She holds a degree in economic sciences from Saint Joseph University in Beirut and postgraduate studies in international finance.
