Roger Loutfi is the head of the tax legislation and policy bureau of the VAT directorate at the Lebanese Ministry of Finance and a lecturer at several Lebanese Universities. 
He is an expert in account consolidation and the author of the book “Goodwill: Mythe ou Réalité” (Goodwill: Myth or Reality), issued in 2012.

He holds of a doctorate in administrative sciences.
