Thierry Le Goffe is the Director General of the directorate General of Administration and Civil Service in France.

He previously served as Deputy Secretary General of the City of Paris and then Director of Human Resources of the City of Paris.

He holds a degree in history from the Ecole Nationale d’Administration.

He was awarded the French distinctions of Commandeur de l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques and Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite.
