2012 was marked by qualitative achievements at the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan. Among them figures the launching of the new website, the publishing of the journal “Assadissa”, the ongoing preparations for the introduction of Specialized Training Certificates, as well as our continuous work with Lebanese high officials. In 2012, we also worked towards the promotion of economic and financial education, we started the implementation of the “Institutional Development Plan: Horizon 2015”, and organized numerous other training initiatives to improve the professionalism and performance of the Institute as a public sector capacity-building center specialized in Public Financial Management and Customs. The year also stressed the importance of building bridges, networking, and reinvigorating strategic partnerships in Lebanon and the region.
عام 2012، حفل بالنسبة الى المعهد باسل فليحان المالي والإقتصادي ، بإنجازات نوعية، منها إطلاق الموقع الإلكتروني ومجلة "السادسة" والتحضير للشهادات التخصصية والعمل مع القيادات العليا في الدولة اللبنانية وتعزيز الثقافة الاقتصادية والمالية والبدء بتنفيذ "مخطط التطوير المؤسسي للمعهد: آفاق 2015" وغيرها من المبادرات التدريبية التي توجّه المعهد نحو المزيد من الحرفية والمهنية في آداء مهامه كمركز متخصص في بناء القدرات في الإدارة الماليّة الحكوميّة والجمارك. عام 2012، أكّد أيضاً على أهمية بناء وتفعيل الشراكات الإستراتيجية في لبنان والمنطقة.
L’année 2012 a été marquée par des réalisations de qualité pour l’Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan, notamment le lancement du site électronique et de la revue Assadissa, la préparation des diplômes spécialisés, le travail avec les cadres dirigeants de l’administration Libanaise, la promotion de la culture économique et financière, la mise en œuvre du “Plan de développement institutionnel de l’Institut: Horizon 2015” et d’autres initiatives de formation qui renforcent le professionnalisme de l’Institut en tant que centre spécialisé dans le renforcement des capacités en matière de gestion financière et dans la formation douanière. En 2012, l’accent a été également mis sur l’importance de bâtir et de promouvoir les partenariats stratégiques au Liban et dans la région.
