ولو أنّ الزّمن زمن أزمات لا احتفالات

برعاية وحضور وزير المالية الدكتور يوسف الخليل، احتفلت رئيسة معهد باسل فليحان، السيّدة لمياء المبيّض بساط، وفريق عمله وخبرائه المعتمدين، بذكرى تأسيسه السابعة والعشرين.

احتفالنا كان عربون تقدير لجهود كلّ من ساهم ويساهم في استمرار وديمومة هذا المعهد، منارة للسياسات العامّة العصريّة، ونهجاً حديثاً في تعزيز القدرات الوطنيّة، ومنبراً للتعاون وبناء الشراكات على أسس النَّديّة.

Tough times never last, but tough institutions do

Under the patronage of the Minister of Finance, Dr. Youssef El Khalil, the President of the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan, Ms. Lamia Moubayed Bissat, the staff of the Institute and its experts were pleased to celebrate 27 years Serving Lebanon.

Our celebration was a token of appreciation to all beneficiaries, friends and partners who are helping the Institute survive the crisis and remain a guardian of Public Value- a hub for advocating good PFM public policies, building human capital and nurturing partnerships and cooperation.
