This technical assistance project financed by the AFD, aims to strengthen the capacities of the Iraqi Finance Administration through the provision of support to its Institute (the Accounting and Financial Training Center / AFTC), to promote and induce changes and reforms, and contribute to the compliance of public finance management with the international standards.
