The project aims at reviewing the Public Procurement Law no. 244/2021, dated July 19, 2021 from a gender lens to produce a detailed gender analysis based on its principles and provisions. Policy recommendations in that respect are formulated in a guidance note addressed to policy makers to act towards gender responsive policies in public procurement.
