The project aims to support the reform of public procurement in Lebanon. 

In a first phase, it focused on supporting the structuring of this reform by supporting the finalization of the reform action plan and setting up a results monitoring framework. 

A second phase focused on implementing the reform through the implementation of priority components of the reform action in consultation with national stakeholders.
