On the occasion of the 6th Annual Conference of the GIFT-MENA Network, policy-makers, experts and practitioners met in Marrakech to discuss Capacity in Government as an important enabler of human development, growth and stability in the Arab world and to advance the governance agenda in MENA.
The present publication summarizes the issues of institutional resilience, performance and transparency, Open Government and innovation in the public sector as well as the challenges and opportunities of partnership-building and South-South cooperation were explored.
يعرض هذا التقرير لوقائع المؤتمر السنوي السادس لشبكة معاهد ومراكز التدريب الحكوميّة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا (GIFT-MENA) الذي انعقد في مراكش سنة 2015. يتضمّن التقرير الأفكار الرئيسة التي تطرّق إليها المؤتمر حول ممارسات الحوكمة والتحدّيات المرافقة لها في المنطقة، كما وموضوع الحوكمة التشاركيّة والشفّافة، والحوكمة المحليّة والتنمية المناطقيّة، بالإضافة إلى أهمّية تنمية المعارف وتطوير المهارات، ودور مراكز ومعاهد التدريب في دعم مسار تعزيز الحوكمة في البلدان العربية.
