This report presents the progress of public procurement reform in Lebanon during the first half of 2021. It highlights the participatory and consultative process that preceded the voting of the new Public Procurement Law by the Lebanese Parliament on June 30, 2021, and presents the various reform components so far launched in collaboration with international partners to prepare for the sound entry into force of the new law.
