The Transparency Charter is published by the Gherbal Initiative in collaboration with the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan and The US-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI). 

The objective of this charter is to help the procuring entities understand the public procurement law and abide by its binding steps to ensure the principle of transparency and integrity when implementing the public procurement mechanism; it also aims at motivating them to implement the law by answering the following questions and mentioning any additional observation as a result of their experience.

أطلقت مبادرة غربال ميثاق الشفافية بالتعاون مع معهد باسل فليحان المالي والاقتصادي ومبادرة الشراكة الشرق أوسطية (MEPI).
يهدف هذا الميثاق إلى مساعدة الجهات الشارية على فهم قانون الشراء العام والتقيّد بالخطوات الواجب اتباعها لضمان مبدأ الشفافية والنزاهة عند تنفيذ آليّة الشراء العام، كما وتحفيز هذه الجهات على تطبيق القانون من خلال الإجابة على الأسئلة المطروحة وذكر أيّ ملاحظات إضافيّة ناتجة عن تجربتهم.
