Evelyna Hachem Moubarak is the senior accountant at the Institut since 2012. 

She follows-up on all financial and procurement operations and has contributed to the development of automated financial systems that shifted the performance of the financial and administrative department to higher professional standards by incorporating a customized financial software that integrates both Public and General accounting standards.

She holds a master's degree in Accounting & Audit from the Lebanese University in Beirut, and a master's degree in International Public Procurement Management from the University of Rome – Tor Vergata.
