Josiane Chebli Kfoury joined the Institute in 1997 as librarian. She is among the few staff left of the old days that have witnessed the Institut first steps and development.

She is responsible for the overall operation and direction of the library. She plans and manage the acquisition, cataloguing, organization, maintenance, and availability of various print, non-print, and electronically accessed resources.  

She plays a major role in youth financial literacy since she handles the planning and implementation of students' programs. She also handles the participation to book and job fairs, as well as the programming and organization networking events in the library. 

She holds a bachelor's degree in information management from the Lebanese University in Beirut – Faculty of Information.
