Maya Bsaibes is an Economist and Training Program Manager. 

She joined the Institute in 2010 and cumulates more than 10 years of experience in capacity building, knowledge creation, training design and delivery, facilitation techniques, dialogue, coordination and advocacy. 

She has vast experience in collaborating with agencies across the Government of Lebanon and good knowledge and understanding of key actors, agencies, and relationships across the public sector.  She is also specialized in accompanying various organizations in institutional development in Lebanon, in addition to coordinating technical assistance projects financed the donor community. 

She leads the PFM programs addressed to the youth.

Maya holds a master's degree in Economic Policies from Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut.
