Suzan Kowsan joined the Institute in 2001 after working for 5 years at the Custom's automation. 

Meticulous and very well organized, she has been maintaining the Institut database of training and supporting the implementation of hundreds of training courses especially on public procurement and for enforcement bodies. 

She also handles the annual training statistics and serves as a coordinator between the institute and public sector administrations following up on trainees, training course requests and organization, and other communications.
