SUZANE ABOU CHACRA Training Strategy Specialist & Program Manager
Biography

Suzanne is a training strategy specialist who joined the Institut in 2007.

She worked closely with the Customs administration to build national training strategy and position the Institut as a regional training center for the World Customs Organization and accompanied the implementation of Public Private Partnership law. She also coordinated technical missions on internal audit for tax administration at the Ministry of Finance and several consultancy projects for the Regie Libanaise des Tabacs et Tombacs. 

Suzanne is specialized in human capital development and capacity building and a lead expert in learning engineering. Her domain of expertise includes the design of adult training programs, learning strategies, train the trainers and evaluation. She contributes dynamically to the development of training content, methods, and assessment towards excellence in training services. She also contributes to consultancy missions in distance learning, learning management system (LMS), training needs analysis and train of trainers. 

She cumulates more than 15 years of experience in social and education field working on enhancing community and social development with a focus on inclusive governance. She is also a researcher and contributed to several research in competency framework, gender, and sustainable leadership. 

She holds a bachelors' degree in social studies and an executive MBA from Dauphine University (France) . She also holds a master’s degree in linguistic engineering, communication, and distance learning from Lebanese University. 

She is certified in public sector leadership from Cornel University and in Public-Private Partnership (3 LEVELS -CP3P©) from APMG.
