Dr. Demetrashvili is the Deputy Chairperson of the State Procurement Agency of Georgia.
He previsously occupied the position of deputy head of a leading Georgian EGOV and ICT agency – Financial-Analytical Service at the Ministry of Finance, supervising development of an ePFMS - Electronic Public Finance Management System.

Dr. Demetrashvili has more than 25 years of experience in international public aid and development programs as a senior management team member, team leader, project manager and consultant to a wide variety of donor, governmental and academia organisations. He has a strong background in Public Management, ICTD and e-Governance in the context of democratic development and good governance.
