Rana Rizkallah is a Public Procurement Specialist and the Procurement Manager at the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan.
She helped introduce and promote sustainable public procurement and helped anchor Lebanon’s position in this international agenda.

Rana holds a bachelor's degree in Business Computer from Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut and an MBA in Corporate Management from Dauphine University in Paris and Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut.
