In this training on surveillance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), METAC expert:
(i) presented good practices linked to surveillance of SOEs,
(ii) trained authorities with a new Excel based tool (the SOE health check tool) developed by the Fiscal Affairs Department to analyze the financial health of SOEs and related fiscal risks and,
(iii) discussed a roadmap to improve surveillance of SOEs and related fiscal risks at the level of the Ministry of Finance.

It targeted the Ministry of Finance and representants from the main SOEs in Lebanon.

هدفت هذه الدورة الى اطلاع المشاركين على تجارب عديدة في تقييم وتحليل الاستقامة المالية للمؤسسات العامة والمخاطر المالية التي تواجهها.
كما تعرّف المشاركون خلال هذه الدورة عى الادوات المعتمدة في هذا السياق لاسيما الانظمة المعلوماتية منها وصولاً الى وضع توصيات وخارطة طريق لتحسين الرقابة المالية على المؤسسات العامة في لبنان.
دار التدريب خبراء من الصندوق النقد الدولي وجرى التدريب باللغة الانكليزية مع توفّر الترجمة للغة العربية.
