In 2010, a series of training programs were designed to tackle public accounting and audit while special programs focused on parliamentary oversight. A major highlight is the custom-made programs targeting high officials, General Directors, judges and other leaders of the Lebanese administration. All activities were implemented with the aim to foster debate between diverse administrations and local entities on topics pertaining to public finance, economy and customs according to training needs assessment.
The Institute also established new strategic partnerships, both at locally and abroad and at the regional level, GIFT-MENA, the network of Schools and Institutes serving the public service in MENA, welcomed new members. Two new citizens' guides were published and preparations were started for the launch of "Assadissa", a quarterly journal covering topics pertaining to the management of public good and State modernization in Lebanon and the Arab World.
عام 2010، أولى المعهد المالي اهتماماً كبيراً للأنشطة التدريبية في المواضيع المتعلقة بالحسابات العامة والتدقيق والرقابة البرلمانية وخص الكوادر العليا من مدراء عامين وقضاة وكبار المسؤولين ببرنامج متخصص. كما حرص على تعزيز الحوار بين مختلف الإدارات والجهات والهيئات المحلية حول المواضيع الاقتصادية والمالية والجمركية وفق خطة مدروسة تستند إلى مسح للحاجات التدريبية. وقد تميّز العام بعدد من الشراكات الإستراتيجية مع جهات محلية وعالمية كما كان حافلاً أيضاً على الساحة الإقليمية إذ شكل المعهد منتدى لتبادل المعارف المتخصصة بإدارة المال العام.
عام 2010 كان غنياً بالإصدارات إذ أضيف دليلان إلى سلسلة التوعية المالية والضريبية إضافة إلى عدد من التقارير والدراسات كما وضع اللمسات الأخيرة لإطلاق "السادسة" وهي مجلة فصلية تعنى بدراسات المال العام وبناء الدولة في لبنان والعالم العربي.
L’année 2010 a été essentiellement marquée par un riche programme de formation axé sur les comptes publics, l'audit et le contrôle financier du Parlement, et la mise en place de programmes spécialement conçus pour les cadres supérieurs de la fonction publique, directeurs généraux, juges et magistrats, hauts dirigeants. L'Institut a par ailleurs renforcé le dialogue entre les différentes administrations et entités locales autour de questions économiques, financières et douanières selon une stratégie clé reposant sur une analyse des besoins en formation des administrations.
Un nombre de partenariats stratégiques ont également été signés avec des entités locales et internationales et au niveau régional l'Institut a joué le rôle d'une véritable plateforme d'échange de connaissances axées sur la gestion des finances publiques.
Deux guides ont également été publiés dans la série "Sensibilisation financière et fiscale" en plus de plusieurs rapports et études. Les dernières touches ont été apportées au magazine "Assadessa", publication trimestrielle axée sur les finances publiques et la modernisation de l'Etat au Liban et dans le monde arabe, qui sortira au printemps 2011.
