This workshop helped the selected group of participants from the General Directorate of Finance and the Higher Council for Privatization and PPPs to design the role of the Ministry of Finance in the PPP process. It will also present the data collection process and the practical tools used to improve PPP projects.

The 2021 worksop complemented sessions held in 2018 and 2020.

In last year’s workshop on the subject, also organized in collaboration with METAC, participants got acquainted with the PPP Fiscal Risk Assessment Model (PFRAM) developed by the International Monetary Fund used analyze and report on fiscal risks stemming from public private partnerships and to understand the good practices on institutional arrangements in order to organize the PPP process.
