Judge Ghaleb Ghanem is a Lebanese jurist, legal scholar, writer, and former senior judicial official. 

He joined the Lebanese judiciary in 1973 after practising law and went on to hold several senior positions, including President of the State Council, First President of the Court of Cassation, and President of the Higher Judicial Council. He also served as President of the International Association of Francophone Supreme Courts. 

Alongside his judicial career, Judge Ghanem has authored numerous works in law, literature, and public affairs.

He holds degrees in law and literature, as well as postgraduate qualifications in law and a doctorate in Arabic literature.
