In September 2019, Maxence Duault was appointed Director General and Dean of ESA Business School. He had joined the school in 2011 as an expert commissioned by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and assumed the position of Deputy Director in charge of Academic Affairs. He then revamped the financial model of the programs and obtained for ESA the AMBA international accreditation while assuming numerous responsibilities with academic and institutional partners.
Despite the Lebanese crisis, he is fully mobilized to pursue the development of the school and the international recognition of its programs while maintaining equal opportunities.
In 2008, he joined the Cooperation and Cultural Action Service (SCAC) of the French Embassy in the Czech Republic as Regional Coordinator and participated in the implementation of numerous Franco-Czech academic programs.
Maxence DUAULT is also the President of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) in Lebanon and a member of the French Foreign Trade Advisors (CCEF).
He began his career as a lecturer in Law and Economic Geography at the ‘Institut Européen d’Etudes Supérieures’ (ISTER) of Rennes.
He holds a Masters degree in ‘International Business Law’ and a Masters degree in ‘History, Societies and Cultures’.
