The Governance Institutes Forum for Training in the Middle East and North Africa - GIFT-MENA - is a forum convening civil service schools specialized in governance and public administration training. 

Established in Beirut in March 2006, GIFT-MENA aims to enhance governance capacity at all levels of government by fostering sustainable development, professionalizing human resources, and encouraging policy dialogue among key stakeholders involved in state modernization.

As a tool for development cooperation, GIFT-MENA supports both bilateral and multilateral, primarily South-South, cooperation. It facilitates peer-to-peer learning, partnership-building, and knowledge exchange. 

GIFT-MENA brings together more than 60 schools and institutes from 20 countries across the MENA region, in addition to 20 partners from leading regional and international organizations.
