مقترح القانون لـتعزيز فعالية العمل البلدي في لبنانفي العقد الأخير، أُلقيَ ثقلٌ كبير على عاتق البلديات (النزوح السوري، أزمة اقتصادية ومالية، جائحة كورونا…)، من دون أن يكون لهذه الهيئات القدرة ولا الجهوزية الكافيتَين للتعامل مع هذه المحطّات. انطلاقاً من هذا الواقع، وفي إطار دراسةٍ مُفَصّلة وزيارات الى البلديات، اقترحت جمعية “نحن” توصيتها وحوّلتها لمقترح قانون. وبعد جولاتٍ من النقاشات المبتادلة والملاحظات، سوف يُعدَّل هذا المُقترح بغية تقديمه للنوّاب، والعمل على جعله قانوناً بالفعل.
