Ana Vieira works at ESPAP, the entity responsible for managing the National Public Procurement System in Portugal.

She is a specialized consultant for Fast-Moving Consumer Goods multinational companies.

She took part in several international projects and participated in many training and workshops.

She holds a degree in Management and Business Administration and pursued a postgraduate Advanced course in Public Procurement at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon.
