H.E. Mr. André Vallini is a State Secretary at the French Government.
He was the Minister of State for Development and Francophonie in France.
He served as First Secretary of the Socialist Federation of Isère from 1994 to 2001, and became Socialist Party National Delegate in 2000, then appointed national secretary for justice by François Hollande in 2003.
He was a member of the Law Commission where he was rapporteur of the reform "Chancellery / Parquet" in 2000 and subsequently nominated member of the High Court of Justice and the Court of Justice of the Republic.
He was nominated in 2006 Chair of the Parliamentary Commission of inquiry into the anomalies of the justice system in the Outreau paedophilia trials.
In April 2014, he was nominated Minister of State for Regional Reform and in February 2016, Minister of State for Development and Francophonie, attached to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development.
He graduated from the Grenoble Institute of Political Studies, and from the Law School of the Pierre Mendès-France University in Grenoble in 1983.
