Delphine Borione is the ambassador of France in Mexico.
She occupied the posts of Ambassador of Human Rights and was previously appointed Deputy Secretary General at the Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean, in charge of Social and Civil Affairs.
She worked on environmental, development and global issues at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the Office of the President of the French Republic.
She also joined the World Food Programme and the UN Mission in Kosovo. She was involved in cultural affairs as Cultural Counselor in the Embassy of France in Italy.
She has also been Ambassador of France in Kosovo.
She holds a Master degree from the Institute of Political Studies, a post graduate certificate in contemporary history and a BA in Business Law.
