Ghinwa Haddad is the Manager of the Procurement Department at Council for Development and Reconstruction.

She is a certified trainer in Public Procurement by CIPS (Level 2) and worked closely with the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan.

She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Joseph University in Beirut (ESIB) and a Law degree from La Sagesse University in Beirut.
