Ibrahim Chamseddine is the President of ACC, Association for Charity and Culture - ACC.

He is also a speaker on issues of developments, political engagement and responsibilities, religion and government and aspects of religious laws.

He was a Former minister of state for administrative development (2008-2009) and the former Vice President of the council for development & reconstruction (CDR) (1991-1996).

He is a founding member of the Lebanese forum for dialog and of the Islamo-christian group.
He is a member of the scientific board of OASIS.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Msters' in Business Administration.
