Jan Jackholt is the Director of the Procurement Policy and Advisory Department at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

He worked in procurement and donor funded development projects in multiple countries.

He established the International Master Class in Public Procurement Management at the Tor Vergata University in Rome.

He holds a Master in Business Administration from Uppsala University.
