Josiane Chebli is the librarian of the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan. 

She plays a major role in youth financial literacy since she handles the planning and implementation of students’ programs. She also handles the participation to book and job fairs, as well as the programming and organization of networking events in the library.  

She holds a bachelor's degree in information management from the Lebanese University in Beirut – Faculty of Information.
