Mosbah Majzoub is an expert in Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance. 
CHe is the Managing Director at Majzoub and Parters, a firm which is accredited by the Ministry of Finance to carry out audit assignments for the Lebanese Public Sector and Member of Nexia International.

He is a Board Member of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and an Associate Member of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators UK. Mr. Majzoub is also the Vice President of the Lebanese Transparency Association. 
He was also formerly a Board Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

He holds a Diploma in IFRS (Dip IFR) issued by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
