Rana Rizkallah is a Public Procurement Specialist at the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan.
She helped introduce and promote sustainable public procurement and helped anchor Lebanon’s position in this international agenda.

Rana holds a bachelor's degree in Business Computer from Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut and an MBA in Corporate Management from Dauphine University in Paris and Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut.
