Sepehr is currently an Engineer at CGAP-World Bank 

He was a Senior Procurement Specialist and a Country Procurement Coordinator of IBRD Mashregh Countries.

He was based in Beirut at the office of the World Bank Group since 2006.

He follows up on procurement reforms and e-procurement as part of e-governance in Mashregh countries.

He holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
