Dr. Siham Rizkallah is an Associate Professor at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ) and Coordinator of Elective Courses at the Faculty of Economic Sciences (FSE–USJ). She is Vice-President of the Founding Committee of the USJ Economists Association.

An economist and researcher, her expertise covers monetary and fiscal policy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), social and solidarity economy, health economics and health financing, applied economic research, and trade agreements.

She has held several economic and social advisory positions, including Economic and Social Advisor and Chief of Staff to H.E. Dr. Selim El Sayegh, advisor to the Ministry of Social Affairs, and member of steering committees for projects implemented with civil society partners. Dr. Rizkallah has authored numerous socio-economic articles and collaborates with research centers and NGOs in Lebanon and abroad.

She holds a PhD. in Economic sciences from Paris-Sud university.
