He is a financial consultant and specialist in International Arbitration with more than 16 years of senior professional experience in the accounting/finance sector including conducting risk/internal control assessment, and prepare control matrices.

He also worked on technical assistance programs on reform of government accounting systems including preparing policies and procedures (steps, responsibilities, tasks…), and mapping internal processes.

He has extensive knowledge of international accounting standards applicable to private and public sector (IFRS, IAS, IPSAS).

He is also an experienced trainer/lecturer and holds a PhD and a DEA degree in Business Science from the University of Bordeaux - France.
