Ziad Kabalan is a First Controller at the Civil Service Board since 2012.

He joined the public service in 2001 as a student at the National Institute of Administration and Development (INAD) - currently ENA-Lebanon, then became a controller at the Directorate of Research and Guidance in 2003.

Since 2003, he is a teacher of Social Management Control at Université Saint-Joseph, Faculty of Human Sciences.

He holds a DEA in Management from Université Saint-Joseph.
